How to reduce noise sources and control methods of energy saving fans

In general, the aerodynamic noise radiated from the intake and exhaust ports of the fan is 10-20 decibels higher than that radiated from other parts. Therefore, when controlling the noise of the fan, the first thing to do is to install a proper muffler on the intake and exhaust ducts. The muffler is used on the fan. At present, both at home and abroad tend to be the same. Mufflers with large volume and narrow muffling channels are seldom used. Of course, the selection, design and installation of mufflers should be based on the actual situation. During the normal operation of the fan, with wear and tear, the clearance at the position of Shi 45 degree will change correspondingly. The clearance at the position of + 45 degree tends to decrease, while the clearance at the position of -45 degree tends to increase. When the normal wear of energy-saving fan reaches a certain degree (under good maintenance, it should generally run continuously for more than 7 to 8 years), the two impellers will inevitably collide, and the first part of the collision is at the position of + 45 degrees. Therefore, when adjusting the working clearance of the two impellers, the clearance at the position of +45 degree should be appropriately increased in advance, and generally adjusted to twice the position of -45 degree (assuming that the time gap of 1 45 degree is a, then the time gap at +45 degree is 2a).


Another way is to directly adjust the clearance at 45 degrees to 0.4-0.5mm or less (-45 degrees have a certain impact on the air volume, and large clearance will reduce the air volume). After adjusting, staggered with the original position and repositioned the pin hole. The clearance between the impeller and the left and right wall panels can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the gaskets on the bearing ends of the 313 bearings. However, reports on energy-saving fan are rare. Therefore, the basic ways to reduce noise of energy-saving fan are explored.
